The humble beginning of Aviyana Ventures Started as RPG Ventures a proprietary firm on 16 May 2014 with its operational office in Navi Mumbai. The company started with QMS certifications and in first few months was able to start the business.

In October 2015 on request from industry the company ventured in talent acquisition. The company became private limited i.e./s Aviyana Ventures Pvt. Ltd. on 2nd December 201 with its headquarters in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Today Aviyana Ventures Pvt. Ltd. has become the most sort out name in Talent Acquisition and allied HR Services working with some of the best brands in industry with satisfied client list crossing 100+. The company is having multiple vested interests in Education, Retail, Healthcare, IT segments and is diversifying systematically.

The company has been and investor partner in healthcare, retail and education with companies that have done well. The company is gradually consolidating all its business under Aviyana brand name umbrella with proper focus on each division or company to ensure the company’s under the conglomerate get their positioning and market segment grip firm to be preferred partners in space which ever segment Aviyana operates.

Aviyana Healthcare was incorporated in December 2017 as a Pvt. Ltd. company with aim of consolidating healthcare business under one company.

About Cardia Life Care

Cardia Life Care is the parent company and is a joint venture with Aviyana Healthcare was established in 03 September 2012. The company since its inception has done exceeding well with focussed market on Karnataka and Goa.

Present Headquarter being in Bangalore, as per plan with reaching extended geographies and globally the partner company Aviyana Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. has incorporated the office at Navi Mumbai.
