In October 2015 on request from industry the company ventured in talent acquisition. The company became private limited i.e./s Aviyana Ventures Pvt. Ltd. on 2nd December 2017 with its headquarters in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Today Aviyana Ventures Pvt. Ltd. has become the most sort out name in Talent Acquisition and allied HR Services working with some of the best brands in industry with satisfied client list crossing 100+. The company is having multiple vested interests in Education, Retail, Healthcare, IT segments and is diversifying systematically.

The company has been and investor partner in healthcare, retail and education with companies that have done well. Aviyana Healthcare was incorporated in December 2017 as a Pvt. Ltd. company with aim of consolidating healthcare business under one company.
